Go Gray in May: Brain Tumor Awareness Month 2026
Strength in Support
May is Brain Tumor Awareness Month—a time to support, educate, and uplift those affected by brain tumors. Explore the resources we’ve curated for individuals living with a brain tumor, and their loved ones. You’re also invited to join an event and celebratory walk on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, CA.
We welcome caregivers from all sites throughout the region to join us in person to celebrate our patients and their loved ones.
Shining a Light on Brain Tumors
Many of our patients with brain tumors—and their loved ones—often share feelings of being overlooked, isolated, or left in the shadows. When a diagnosis is considered “rare” or “uncommon,” it can bring unique challenges, especially when symptoms and treatment effects aren’t always visible. That’s why it’s so important to recognize and celebrate the incredible strength and resilience of these individuals and their families. Let’s come together this May for the #GoGrayinMay campaign to honor and uplift them.
In recognition of Brain Tumor Awareness Month, we’re providing educational tools and resources specially designed for brain tumor patients and their care partners. We’re also hosting a special awareness walk around Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica—and we warmly invite you to be part of it.
